Both texts below are the exact files shipped inside the packages, so what you read here is what you agreed to.

MooooM Free Licence

Yes: use it in anything you build, including work you are paid for. No fee, no attribution, no project limit, no sign-up.

No: passing the files on as files, for someone else to build with.

1. What "the Assets" means

Everything in the @moooom/ui package: the stylesheets, the scripts, the framework wrappers, the design tokens, and the 1,574 Line icons.

2. What you may do

Use the Assets in unlimited projects, personal or commercial, including work you deliver to clients and are paid for.
Modify them, and use the result the same way.
Ship them inside websites, applications, documents, videos, printed material and physical products.
Serve them to your users. The stylesheet on a public page, or the icons bundled into what your users download, is use. It is not redistribution and nothing here restricts it.
Keep them in a codebase your team shares, public or private, as a dependency of something you are building.

3. What you may not do

Sell, licence, sublicense or give away the Assets on their own, or inside anything whose value is mainly the Assets. An icon set, a UI kit, a component library, a template and a "free download" page are all this.
Republish them to a package registry, an asset marketplace or an icon library under your own name.
Extract the icons into another icon set, free or paid.

4. The exception: substantial modification

Change the Assets enough that what you pass on is your own work, and the result is yours to distribute.

Substantial: redrawing them. Building something that no longer stands in for the original.

Not substantial: renaming, recolouring, rescaling, reformatting, converting to another file type, or bundling a selection of them unchanged.

5. Mirrors

Public npm mirrors and CDNs that republish the package exactly as published need no permission. unpkg, jsDelivr and your company's internal proxy are all fine. That is how packages travel.

6. Ownership

MooooM keeps copyright in the Assets. Anything you build with them is yours.

7. No warranty

The Assets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any claim or damages arising from your use of them.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

MooooM Pro Licence

Yes: use it in anything you build, forever, including unlimited client work. One purchase, no renewal, no seat count, no attribution.

No: passing the files on as files, or sharing your licence key.

Refunded or charged back? The licence ends and your key stops working. Nothing else ends it. We cannot revoke it at will.

Installing or using the package accepts this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install it, and reply to your purchase receipt for a refund.

1. What "the Assets" means

Everything in the @moooom/ui-pro package: the icons in all four styles, the stylesheets, the scripts, the framework wrappers and the design tokens. Also the Figma file, if it came with the same purchase.

You are the person or company that bought the licence. If a company bought it, it covers employees and contractors working on that company's projects.

2. What you may do

Perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive:

Use the Assets in unlimited projects, personal or commercial, including work you deliver to clients and are paid for.
Modify them, and use the result the same way.
Ship them inside websites, applications, documents, videos, printed material and physical products.
Serve them to your users. Shipping the compiled stylesheet or the icons to the people who use what you built is use, not redistribution.
Keep them in a codebase your team shares, including a private repository.

3. What you may not do

Redistribute, resell, sublicense or give away the Assets on their own, or inside anything whose value is mainly the Assets. An icon set, a UI kit, a component library, a template and a marketplace listing are all this.
Use the Assets to build a product that competes with MooooM.
Publish them anywhere they can be extracted in bulk: a public registry, a public repository, an asset library.
Share, publish or resell your licence key.

Short version: use them in the things you make, do not hand them on as raw material for someone else to build with.

4. Your licence key

Treat it like a password. It authenticates you to registry.moooom.design and it is what authorises an install.

May use it: you, and automated systems you control, such as CI runners and build servers.

May not: anyone outside your organisation.

We validate keys against Lemon Squeezy at install time, and store a hash of your key, never the key itself.

5. Updates

Included for as long as the product exists, at no further cost. That is what "lifetime updates" means on the site.

It is not a promise to publish on a schedule or to develop the product for any particular period. What you already have stays yours under this licence whatever happens next, and no version is ever removed from the registry.

6. How this licence ends

You are refunded, or you charge back. Stop using the Assets and remove them from your projects. Your key stops working, so installs will fail.
You breach section 3.

Nothing else ends it.

Refunds go through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under their policy.

7. Ownership

You are buying a licence to use the Assets, not the Assets. MooooM keeps copyright and all other rights in them. What you build with them is yours.

8. No warranty

The Assets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability under this licence is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

If a clause here blocks something reasonable you want to do, ask. The answer is usually yes.

When an install is refused

Every refusal from registry.moooom.design carries a code. Here is what each one means, and what to do about it.

Code	What happened	What to do
`license_missing`	No key reached us at all.	Check `_authToken` is set for `registry.moooom.design` in your `.npmrc`.
`license_invalid`	The key is not one we recognise.	Copy it again from your purchase email. Whitespace at the ends is the usual culprit.
`entitlement_missing`	A real key, but for a different product.	Use the key that came with your MooooM purchase.
`license_disabled`	The licence was refunded or charged back.	Buy again if you want it back. Nothing else is wrong.
`rate_limited`	Too many installs from one key at once.	Wait for the `Retry-After` the response gives you. Caching in CI helps.
`upstream_unavailable`	Our licence checks are down. This is us, not you.	Retry. A key that worked in the last 24 hours keeps working right through an outage.

We never answer a working key with a refusal because our own systems are unhappy. If something here locks you out of a build, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
